Staffing

All our staff are full qualified to teach and work with children either as Early Childhood Educators or Early Childhood Assistants. All staff members hold a valid first aid and emergency CPR certificate that is updated annually. Staff attend professional workshops on a regular basis.

Our cook develops our vegetarian menu on a seasonal basis with a six week rotation. Some examples from our Winter lunch menu are……… 1.Quesadillas, salsa spinach salad with red peppers, cantaloupe and milk. 2. Egg Frittata with zucchini , mixed baby greens, garlic bread , apples and milk .
