Preschool Room

Our preschool program provides a vast array of opportunities for children to build upon their existing
strengths and skills as well as discover new ones. We nurture and guide children in their budding
development as they explore learning experiences, develop self-control and become more independent.
By exploring the “world” around them, the preschool child will develop the skills to become empathetic,
nurturing, friendly, respectful to themselves as well as others, self-reliant, responsible and empowered individuals.
Our play based curriculum helps by preparing each child academically, socially, emotionally and physically
for kindergarten readiness.

Junior and Senior Kindergarten

Both of our Kindergarten programs continue to stimulate and promote development and independence while
supporting and encouraging early school experiences. We continue to utilize play as a vehicle for exploration
and learning while incorporating the expansion and maintenance of developing friendships, evolving independence
and self-help skills.

School Age

Our School Age curriculum is developed by input from the children in the program.
The children decide what activities they would like to participate in the following week and the teachers include
these in the weekly program plans. We have found this to be very successful as it is child directed and will often
flow into helping with projects in school. Children also enjoy a vast array of arts and crafts activities, games and
sports. Emphasis is put on cooperation, respecting ones self as well as others, solving problems and finding
solutions when conflicts arise.
